Is it not frightening that James states that if anyone thinks that he or she is a Christian, and does not control his or her tongue, their profession of faith is worthless? In a day of “blogging,” where words are spoken via computer keyboards, and when talk shows give everyone a chance to voice their opinion, we should still hear Christ saying that “every idle word shall be brought into judgment.”
